Conference room furniture

1. Boardroom Style:

This is the basic style of meeting room furniture layout. Generally, you saw this type of setup in movies or TVs. This furniture set includes a long rectangular table with chairs around it. All the participants of the meeting sit together around the table to discuss important matters for business.

2. Auditorium or Theatre Style:

This is the most suitable style for large gatherings like corporate events. Chairs are arranged in a manner that looks like the stage or podium. The presenter or Speaker of the meeting stands at the front, and this setup also works for presentations, seminars, lectures, and many more.

3. Banquet Style:

Circular or Banquet style consists of round tables placed in a large area with six to eight chairs around each table. A banquet is generally used in an organization that interacts with people or clients at a personal level.

4. U-shape style:

As the name suggests, a series of rectangular tables placed in a large room that form a 'U' shape and chairs are set outside the table. This setup facilitates both the presenter and audience to look at each other quickly.

5. Hollow Square Style:

This is a closed U-style arrangement where four tables are placed adjacent to each other to form a rectangle or square shape. There is a massive space in the middle for the presenter or Speaker to interact with the participants.

6. Classroom Style:

In the Classroom Style setup, the tables and the chairs are arranged in rows that face the front. This setup facilitates the audience to have tables in front of them to make notes for the task.

7. Team Table Style:

This type of setup is quite similar to the banquet setup style. Here the tables are placed informally. You can, although, choose to have high-top tables or cocktail-style tables. This is generally like a sit-down style arrangement where people can move around and change places.

8. Crescent/Cabaret Style:

The participant would sit at round tables, but there would be a space at one particular position facing the stage. This type of setup can be used for small exercises or discussions.
