1. What is your return policy?
1.1 At MYND Furniture, we ensure that all products are of a high quality and we carefully inspect all orders before they are shipped. In the rare circumstances that your item has a manufacturer defect or you have a warranty claim, please contact us or email us, within 24hours upon receiving your item. MYND Furniture may request for photos to support the assessment of your claim. Kindly send us a couple of photos of the damage, with a brief explanation. Our team will assess the damage and, if approved, we will arrange to collect the item from you for repair or a replacement. It is very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as you will be required to sign a form confirming that it was received in a good condition.
1.2 An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
1.3 Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
1.4 Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
2. How do I return my purchase?
2.1 All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified. We stand by our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement parts, we can help right away. If you wish to return an item, please fill in the return form and contact us for arrangement.
2.2 Non-returnable Items - We will not accept returns on some items such as custom made, made to order, special order, or clearance/sale.
2.3 We will modify our return policy for some types of products unless stated otherwise.
3. What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
3.1 We package and inspect all of our products well before shipping it. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 24 hours. We're happy to send you replacement as soon as possible.
3.2 When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." You may refuse delivery if the package looks significantly damaged. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will check and arrange you a new one as soon as possible.
3.3 If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship you replacement parts for free. For mirror damage, please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the item. You are advised to search for nearby mirror shop around your area and we will subsidy a RM30 to get the broken mirror fixed.
3.4 If you decide to send it back to MYND Furniture, customer are required to bear return shipping fees.
3.5 We will pay to return the item back to us, on top of the refund, if you received a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or replacement parts.
3.6 If your product has a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or, if necessary, the entire unit.
4. What if I do not like the product I ordered when it arrives?
4.1 You can return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Simply contact us with a brief explanation, and we'll arrange for it to be collected by our delivery partners. You should read our terms and conditions for more information on refunds.
5. Not satisfied? Get your money back within 7 days of delivery.
5.1 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. is not returnable. Refund will be done in the way of payment, or a store credit will be issued. Costs of shipping and Product returned to our warehouse must be in original full packing with all accessories, unused, unassembled. Customize/tailormade product handling each way for exchanges will be deducted in the refund total. MYND Furniture management reserves the reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Return Policy of use at any time.
